Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre-order?

A Pre-Order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery.

Note:

If you order in-stock and pre-order items in the same transaction, we will hold the in-stock item and ship it with your pre-order to cut down your postage cost. 

If you prefer, we can ship the in-stock item(s) in advance. Simply contact support with your request and we will issue an invoice for the proportional shipping fee of that item and ship your order.

Am I guaranteed to get an item in the promised shipping period or availability date?

No, when an item opens for pre-order, we don't always have the full details on availability. Generally speaking, the estimated arrival date is accurate. However, it’s not uncommon for manufacturers to miss dates of delivery. You can always check the product item page for the most up to date information on availability.


Do you charge my credit card at the time of purchase or when the item ships?

We do have different payment options, if you selected "Pay as we Ship", When the item is ready to be shipped to us from the distributor we will then charge your card for the remainder of the amount.

Please NOTE: paying by PayPal requires the full amount to be paid upfront so we encourage you to use a credit card to secure your pre-order.


How long will it take to ship out my pre-order once an item is received?

We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items. We process and ship orders 7 days a week so in most instances you can expect to receive your shipping notification in one or two business day.
*Pre-order deposits are non-refundable when applicable
Packaging

Our orders are safely packed with new packaging material to ensure that the condition of your items is preserved.

We also allow you to chose any shipping service from any major carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS), because flat-rate shipping is cut-rate shipping.

Cancellations

We do accept cancellations on NON PAID Pre-orders, you can do "Pay as we Ship" and with $0 down.

If you already paid for the order and want to cancel, we will charge a 5% fee to cover selling fees on this platform.

Rewards

Enrolling in the Mega Rewards Loyalty Program grants you points back on each purchase, redeemable for store credit. 

Points can be earned through a variety of other activities as well.
